Administrative & Design  Support

Location: Bellingham, WA

(Remote positions possible in WA State)
Job Type: Full time/Part time - Hourly (Salary negotiable)
Compensation Range: DOE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full or Part-Time Administrative & Design Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with daily office tasks, project coordination, and support our team in their efforts to develop, finance, and deliver decarbonization portfolios. Responsibilities:

​

  • Quickbooks record keeping/organization

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing project files.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

  • Assist with tasks in development of project feasibility, system design, RFP development, contractor selection, and construction compliance/consulting.

  • Maintain and update company databases and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

​

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Quickbooks

  • Experience/knowledge of PV design software is preferred

  • Experience/knowledge of the clean energy industry

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
